Sing Our Song for Refugee Week 2022

It's nearly time Refugee Week, which takes place from 20-26 June 2022.

And a lovely way to celebrate Refugee Week in your school, church or community is with our popular song, One World To Share.

The song is upbeat, catchy and quick to learn, with thoughtful lyrics about our shared humanity. The inclusive and important message is that every person matters; we're all people with hopes and similar needs, living in one world which we need to share with each other. It couldn't be more apt.
One World to Share is ideal to sing outside, or to use in class or assembly, with a singing group, in a church, choir or in concert, and also a special resource to listen to quietly and reflectively. You can listen to a short demo of it here.

One World To Share is the main song from our musical As Free As A Bird which was written to raise awareness, amongst primary school children and their audiences, about people seeking sanctuary. You might like to perform the whole musical to end the summer term!

One World To Share is available as a download and comes with sheet music and vibrant backing tracks too. Singing, dancing or just listening to it is a lovely, simple act, and a perfect way to be involved with Refugee Week 2022.

So why not celebrate Refugee Week 2022 by singing our song loud and clear in your school community? You can download it here now, and have the song, backing tracks, lyrics and sheet music all ready to start rehearsing today.

(And you might like to perform the musical from which it comes, As Free As A Bird during the summer term, too!)
