Ship Ahoy!

A splendid discovery was made last week!

En cycle route to our studio, we made a slight detour along the Tyne, and came across a fabulous fleet of yachts.

They'd been taking part in the Ijmuiden/Newcastle 2014 yacht race, and looked absolutely stunning!

We (as in all of Newcastle!) were lucky enought to have them moored here until the weekend.

Feeling very inspired - we'll definitely have to write a boat song or two very soon!
